Star-C is a nonprofit that improves educational outcomes by embedding community-building programs directly within affordable apartment communities near underperforming schools. Programs include after-school education, wellness initiatives, and community gardens, all designed to create stable environments where children can thrive.
During the COVID-19 pandemic, Star-C’s Eviction Relief Fund raised $14.5 million and assisted over 5,000 families with rental and utility payments, earning a $1.5 million grant from the Cobb County Board of Commissioners.
TI Asset Management
TI Asset Management is a mission-based property management company that oversees the day-to-day operations of affordable apartment communities across the Atlanta metro area. Unlike conventional property managers, TI integrates resident services and community programming into its management approach.
